Looking for a collaborator.

I have a story I've been working on and I would like to try to turn it into a weekly web-comic.

I have an idea in my head and I know how I want to the story to finish.  However my drawing is execrable.

My thoughts are I will pay for the domain/bandwidth under Wordpress and at first the pay for the artist will be a small stipend per page.  Artist owns all of their original artwork.  If the comic takes off the artist will have the option of continue to recieve the stipend for their work or a percentage of any profits after Domain/Server and Bandwidth fees are paid.  Original plan is one update per week, 1 page, from 1 panel to 6 panels maximum.  Some of the preliminary design work has been done.  At first comic will be greyscale/black and white.  If there is enough interest color pages may be added as Volume and Chapter Covers.

Updates are to be once a week at first either Wednesday or Saturday.  To be determined on the artist's schedule.  However once an update day is agreed upon it must be followed.

I would like to have at least 6 pages in reserve and payment is upon completion and acceptance of the page.
