I have a story I've been working on and I would like to try to turn it into a weekly web-comic.

I have an idea in my head and I know how I want to the story to finish. However my drawing is execrable.
My thoughts are I will pay for the domain/bandwidth under Wordpress and at first the pay for the artist will be a small stipend per page. Artist owns all of their original artwork. If the comic takes off the artist will have the option of continue to recieve the stipend for their work or a percentage of any profits after Domain/Server and Bandwidth fees are paid.
